How Déchets.ca works

Déchets.ca is a referral platform. You make one request; a participating business in your area may then reach you with its own price.

The steps of your request

Contact and area
You enter your first name, a contact method, your city and postal code, then choose “Save and continue”. A private draft is created: you can come back to it later.

Service and details
You choose the service and describe what needs to go. Changes save as you go; an indicator shows what has been saved.

Verification and authorization
You verify a contact method (email code or a call you request), then separately authorize sharing your complete request with one participating business.

Review by our team
Our team reviews the request, declared materials and coverage of your area before any connection.

A business contacts you
If a participating business covers your area and accepts the request, it receives your contact details and reaches out. You agree on price and terms directly, with no obligation.
