Terms of use

Nature of the service

Déchets.ca is a referral platform. It does not perform the work, does not set its price and guarantees no quote, availability or timing.

For customers

• Making a request is free and without obligation.
• You agree on price and terms directly with the business.
• You remain free to contact other businesses.
• You honestly declare materials, including those that could be hazardous.

For participating businesses

• Each request is sold to one business only; it is not resold.
• Service credits are prepaid, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Contact details are used only to offer a quote for the purchased request.
• Credit and refund policies will be published before real sales open.
