Information collected and why
- Step 1 (first name, contact method, city, postal code): to create a private draft you can come back to, at your explicit request.
- Next steps (service, details, optional photos, optional address): to describe your need.
- Contact method verification: to make sure the business can reach you.
- We do not ask for a date of birth, full legal name or an account.
Drafts and retention
A draft is accessible only to our authorized team. Inactive drafts are deleted or anonymized after 30 days without activity from you. Views by our team do not extend this period.
Optional reminder
If you ask for it, a single reminder can be sent through your chosen contact method once verified. No text messages, no email series and no unsolicited calls. You can withdraw this choice at any time.
Sharing with a business
Your complete request is only shared after your separate authorization, with one participating business in your area, so it can offer you a quote. Before purchase, businesses only see a neutral summary, without contact details or photos.
Withdrawal and deletion
You can withdraw your request or delete your information from your request page. Withdrawal immediately stops any listing and reminder. Information already shared cannot be “recalled”; we then ask the business to stop using it.
Tools, providers and processing locations
No advertising analytics or session recording is used on forms.
Website hosting: Vercel (Washington, D.C. data centre, United States). Database and private photos: Supabase, on Amazon Web Services, us-east-1 region (Virginia, United States). Transactional email: Resend (United States). Your information is therefore stored and processed outside Québec and Canada.
No payments are processed by this site at this time.
